Prices 2009/2010

The prices for our 5 bedroomed villa are set out below and include all utilities. Local and international calls are free of charge to landlines but not to mobile phones. Phone cards to cells/mobiles can be purchased easily in local shops.

The prices below are for the whole villa per week, NOT per person! (Please see terms and conditions)

Booking Deposit

A cheque for £200/US$350 needs to be sent with your booking form as a payment for the dates you choose as soon as your booking has been secured (see terms and conditions). We will hold the dates you want for 5 days to let you organise flights if you have not already done so. If you would like help with flights, car hire, entertainment tickets please ring us.

Security Deposit

A security deposit of £200/US$350 will be charged to the cost of the holiday and is held against damages incurred during the rental period. In the event of any charges being made, you will be notified in writing, otherwise the deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure.

A cleaning charge of £50/US$100 will be incurred for bookings of less than 7 days.

Pool Heater

The pool heater can be asked for at a cost of £40/US$80 per week at the times not stated above, if required. Unfortunately electric pool heaters are expensive to run, apologies! Using the pool cover when the pool is not in use will help the pool to retain its heat.
