Lounge
Our main room seats 9 adults comfortably on 3 large settees. There is a large flat screen TV accessing 200+ channels, a DVD and video player plus a Playstation 2 with a variety of games and videos.
Relax and wind down. The room is always cool after a hot day in the sun.
The dining area
Our kitchen has a large cooker, microwave, large American fridge/freezer, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. There is crockery for inside and outside use for at least 12 people. There is a cool box for picnics and trips to the beach. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the table has 6 comfy chairs. Nobody needs to be left out while they are cooking.
The games room
This is completely new. We fitted it out with pool, table football, air hockey and darts. There is a games chest and equipment for the swimming pool stored in here. There are 2 bar stools and a table for the spectators and a fan to keep you cool. Have fun!
Pool
The pool is new for September 2010 there is ample furniture for everyone and a large table for outside dining.
Bedrooms
All of these have good quality linen and a large supply of towels.
Master Bedroom
This has a huge California king sleigh bed in dark wood and ample matching furniture. There is a large walk in wardrobe plus a flat screen TV with cable. The en-suite comprises of a separate toilet, 2 sinks, a large bath and a walk in glass door shower.
Queen Bedroom
This has a large sleigh bed in dark wood. Good sized fitted wardrobe and side tables with drawers. A flat screen TV with cable sits at the end of the bed. The en-suite comprises of a toilet, 2 sinks and a large glass door shower.
Upstairs
There are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Double bedroom
This room is quite separate from the childrens rooms. It has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a flat screen TV with cable and it overlooks the pool.
Twin room
This is very nicely set out for 2 children and has a wardrobe included.
Family room
This has a double bed with a single bunk on top. It is ideal for a young child and parents. There is also all the baby equipment including cot, buggy, push chair, high chair, car seat and booster seat stored in the large walk in cupboard. Stair gates for top and bottom are also in the villa. Cable TV is in this room.
Upstairs Bathroom
Here there is a bath with shower, sink and toilet.
Downstairs Bathroom
Here is a seperate toilet and wash basin. The pool and beach towels are stored in the cupboard in this room.
Laundry
This is near the games room and downstairs toilet. It contains a large washing machine, a separate tumble dryer, clothes horse, wash basket, iron and ironing board and all cleaning equipment.
