Lounge

Our main room seats 9 adults comfortably on 3 large settees (1 is not in the picture as it has only just been purchased). There is cable TV accessing 70+ channels, a DVD and video player.
The room is always cool after a hot day in the sun.

The dining area

This backs onto the well equipped kithen, which has enough settings for at least 12 people. The breakfast bar seats 4 and the table has 6 comfy chairs. Nobody needs to feel left out while they are cooking.

The games room

This is completely new. We fitted it out with pool, table football, air hockey and darts. There is a games chest and equipment for the swimming pool stored in here. There are 2 bar stools and a table for the spectators and a fan to keep you cool. Have fun!

Master Bedroom

This has a huge sleigh bed in dark wood and ample matching furniture. There is a large walk in wardrobe plus a TV with cable. The en-suite comprises of a separate toilet, 2 sinks, a large bath and a walk in glass door shower.

Queen Bedroom

This has a large sleigh bed in dark wood also. Good sized fitted wardrobe and side tables with drawers. A flat screen TV with cable sits at the end of the bed. The en-suite comprises of a toilet, 2 sinks and a large glass door shower.

Double bedroom

This room is quite separate from the childrens rooms. It has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a flat screen TV with cable.

Twin room

This is very nicely set out for 2 children and has a wardrobe included.

Family room

This has a double bed with a single bunk on top. It is ideal for a young child and parents. There is also all the baby equipment including cot, buggie, high chair, car seat and booster seat stored in the large walk in cupboard. Stair gates for top and bottom are also in the villa.
