We are situated to the South West of Disney World off Hghway 27, just a couple of minutes from the West end of Highway 192.
The villa is on Lake Davenport Estates which also has superb community facilities, These include a children's play area, tennis court and large community pool.
Restaurants, supermarkets, golf courses, fishing lakes, bars and a bank are all within a short drive of the villa
If you land at Orlando International Airport it will take you about 45 minutes to reach the villa. Sanford Airport is just over an hour away
Disney World is 15 minutes from the villa and Universal Studios, Wet 'n' Wild and Sea World are all about 25 minutes away. A bank, several eating establishments and a supermarket are only a few minutes south along US 27. The popular dining and entertainment area of International Drive takes about 25 minutes too, traffic permitting! The Kissimmee shopping and eating area is only 15 minutes along the 192 going east with all you can eat breakfasts for only £2.50 per head!!
Busch Gardens and the Kennedy Space Center can all be reached within an hours drive approximately.
